TruckingSignal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the TruckingSignal website and dashboard. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, and phone number when booking a call or creating an account. When you connect your email account (Gmail or Outlook) through our dashboard, we request permission to send emails on your behalf.
Email Access
When you connect your Gmail or Microsoft account, we request only the permission to send emails on your behalf. We do not read, store, or access your inbox, contacts, or any other email data. The send permission is used solely to deliver compliance outreach emails to new motor carriers in your territory, using templates you have reviewed and approved.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to communicate with you about our services, deliver daily territory briefings, and send outreach emails on your behalf to newly registered motor carriers using publicly available FMCSA data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our service (e.g., email delivery, authentication via Clerk).
Data Security
Email tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Revoking Access
You can disconnect your email account at any time from the dashboard settings page. You can also revoke access directly from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
